Head of Service (M/W/D)

YOUR TASKS

• Implementation of the strategic further development of the department in close cooperation with the management
• Interface with other departments, such as: production, technical office, purchasing, etc.
• Optimization of structures, processes, systems, etc. within the department
• Responsibility of processing orders in the service area and according to the monthly, quarterly and annual turnover
• Disciplinary and professional management of approx. 20 employees in the office and field service
• Regular reporting to the management

YOUR PROFIL

• Pleasure in contact with our customers
• Completed technical education (e.g.: HTL/TU/FH) or comparable desirable
• Professional experience in a comparable environment an advantage
• Independent, accurate and precise work
• Structured, team-oriented, able to work under pressure and willing to make a difference
• Routine in the use of common IT systems (MS-Windows, MS-Office, BMD, ERP knowledge advantageous)
• Communication skills and reliability with leadership qualities
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
