YOUR TASKS
- Contact person for our customers in the area of spare parts
- Commercial and technical clarification of customer inquiries
- Preparation and processing of offers and orders
- Availability check and coordination with the respective departments
- Receiving and processing customer complaints
YOUR PROFIL
- Completed technical or commercial training, such as office clerk, HAK/HASCH, HTL or similar
- Professional experience is an advantage, also beginners are welcome
- Routine in dealing with common IT systems (ERP knowledge is an advantage)
- Accurate and structured work
- Ability to work in a team and under pressure, as well as the will to make a difference
- Basic technical understanding
- Very good written and spoken German
