Accountant | Balance sheet accountant (M/W/D)

YOUR TASKS

• Current accounting
• Accounts receivable (down payment, invoice, payment, dunning)
• Accounts payable with corresponding evaluations
• Master data maintenance in the ERP system
• Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
• Carrying out statistics + correspondence with authorities and offices
• Organizational tasks
• Implementation of the VAT pre-declaration
• Accounts receivable accounting with corresponding evaluations
• Precise communication to internal interfaces
• Asset accounting administration
• Project cooperation (reporting system, EDP conversion)
• Supplier correspondence

YOUR PROFIL

• Completed commercial training
• Completed accountant examination advantageous
• Independent, precise and autonomous work, structured approach
• Several years of professional experience in a production company an advantage
• IFRS knowledge an advantage
• Ideally practice with cost accounting / cost of sales method advantageous
• Ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and the will to make a difference 
• Willingness to learn and work is required
• Excellent MS Office skills + experience with ERP systems (PSI, CSS eGeko)
• Good command of English
