The teeming crane handles revolving crabs and ladles and also has all safety provisions for this activity. When handling the revolving crab on the vibrating table it is subject to very strong vibrations. The Voith teeming crane is designed according to category 3, which is problem-free with the Voith 2010 crane control system.
 
The single girder angle design was ideal as very favourable approach dimensions were required at the front wall of the hall. The angle trolley is accessible and the block pulley is specially designed by Voith.
 
All electrics were prepared for the harsh foundry environment, as due to its very nature an unclean environment is to be expected.
