The task is to supply the sandblasting unit. Two trolleys each travel over two crane bridges in the circuit and are able to travel loaded through the sandblasting unit. A frame is picked up before the sandblasting unit and the trolley makes its way semi-automatically to the sandblasting unit.
The trolley travels above the sandblasting unit and the frame is held to the crossbeam by thin rods. After successful sandblasting the frame is turned by the rotating device so that the steel goods can fall out of the corner of the frame.
The frame is then set down in the interim storage area and the trolley returns via a spur to the supply point. Every trolley has its own small processor installed so that movement can be controlled semi-automatically.
